For lost or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours. Refunds & Returns: Under EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw. Returns only apply to unopened, unused plant-based extensions in original packaging. Email us for instructions; you cover return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
